At HarborWear, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and free from damage, stains, pet hair, or odors.

  • All items must be returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Returns must be shipped from the original delivery address.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order sofas that were made specifically for you.

  • Final Sale or clearance items, clearly marked at the time of purchase.

  • Items damaged due to improper use, negligence, or modifications after delivery.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Email us at info@harborwear.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with return authorization and step-by-step instructions.

  3. Prepare the Item: Safely repackage the sofa in its original packaging. Items not returned in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

  4. Shipment & Inspection: Once the item is returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

  5. Refund Issued: If the return meets all requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund Details

  • Full Refunds: You will receive a full refund if the product is returned in its original condition.

  • Deductions: If the product is returned with missing parts, damage, or without packaging, HarborWear reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.

  • Shipping Fees: Since we provide free delivery, the original outbound shipping cost is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your sofa arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@harborwear.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your sofa for a different model, size, or color, please contact us. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and new delivery scheduling will apply.
