Cancellation Policy

Eligibility
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

Process
To request a cancellation, email us at info@harborwear.shop with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Limitations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
