Coverage

The sofa frame is covered for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

Workmanship defects, including loose stitching, faulty seams, or manufacturing issues with cushions, are included under this warranty.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from HarborWear.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear such as fabric fading, cushion softening, or minor scratches.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, pets, or exposure to extreme conditions.

Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than HarborWear or an authorized technician.

How to Make a Claim

To request warranty service, please email us at info@harborwear.shop with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Claims must be made within the warranty period.

Our team will review the claim and may request additional information or arrange for inspection.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, HarborWear may, at its discretion:

Or provide a comparable replacement sofa if repair is not possible.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
